Delete your Khelix account

In the app (fastest)

• Academy owner: Settings → Data & privacy → Reset. The academy, all its records and your account are deleted on the phone, in the Khelix cloud and on staff phones.
• Staff member: Profile → Delete my account. Your staff login is removed from the academy and from the Khelix cloud, and the academy’s data is deleted from your phone. The academy’s own records stay with the owner.
• Shooter: Profile → Delete all my shooter data. Shooter data is kept only on your phone, so nothing else needs to be deleted.

Without the app

Write to support@khelix.in with the subject “Delete my Khelix account”, from the e-mail linked to the account or giving the account’s mobile number and the academy name. We may confirm the request on that mobile number. The account and its cloud data are deleted within 30 days, and we reply when it is done.

What is deleted, what is kept

• Deleted: your login (name, mobile number), and for an owner the academy’s records in the Khelix cloud: students, parents, photos and documents, fees and payments, attendance, scores, stock and staff.
• Kept: nothing in the Khelix cloud. Backup files you saved yourself (for example in Google Drive or WhatsApp) stay where you saved them; delete them there if you want. Data on a phone where the app is still installed is removed by the steps above or by uninstalling the app.
